Why Tiverton Wealth

Financial Planning Built Around Your Life — Not Just Your Portfolio

Your investments matter. But they are only one part of your financial life. We bring retirement planning, tax strategy, investments, insurance, income, and estate planning together into one coordinated financial plan — for a clear flat fee.

A Different Approach

What Makes Tiverton Different?

We built Tiverton Wealth around a simple idea: financial advice should be comprehensive, transparent, and centered on the decisions that actually affect your life.

Planning Comes First

We do not start by asking how much money you have for us to manage. We start by understanding what you are trying to accomplish.

Your investment strategy is built as part of a broader financial plan — not treated as the entire plan.

A Flat-Fee Model

Our financial planning fees are based on the scope and complexity of the work we do for you — not on the size of your investment accounts.

That means accumulating another dollar does not automatically cause your advisory fee to increase simply because your portfolio became larger.

Tax Planning Is Part of the Conversation

Retirement decisions and tax decisions are often the same decisions. Roth conversions, retirement withdrawals, charitable giving, investment gains, Social Security, Medicare, and estate planning can all have tax consequences.

We look at these decisions together instead of treating tax planning as something that happens once a year when your return is filed.

Fee-Only, Fiduciary Advice

Tiverton Wealth is a fee-only advisory firm. We do not receive commissions for selling investment or insurance products.

As an investment adviser representative, Alex acts as a fiduciary to advisory clients.

The Whole Picture

More Than Investment Management

Your financial life is interconnected. We organize our planning around six areas so important decisions are considered together instead of in isolation.

Income

Cash flow, retirement withdrawals, Social Security, pensions, and other income sources.

Insurance & Risk

Evaluating the risks that could disrupt your financial plan and the coverage designed to protect against them.

Taxes

Coordinating financial decisions with current and long-term tax considerations.

Investments

Building an investment strategy around your goals, time horizon, risk tolerance, and overall plan.

Retirement

Bringing income, spending, investments, taxes, healthcare, and longevity into one retirement strategy.

Estate Planning

Helping you think through beneficiaries, estate documents, ownership, and the legacy you want to leave behind.

Tax & Wealth Working Together

Your Tax Return Shouldn’t Be the First Time You Think About Taxes.

For retirees and pre-retirees especially, taxes can affect nearly every major financial decision.

We coordinate financial planning with tax considerations throughout the year so decisions about investments, retirement income, Roth conversions, charitable giving, Medicare, and estate planning can be evaluated as part of one strategy.

  • Retirement income and withdrawal planning
  • Roth conversion analysis
  • Capital gain and investment tax considerations
  • Charitable giving strategies
  • Social Security and Medicare planning
  • Required minimum distribution planning
  • Tax-sensitive estate planning considerations

Tiverton Tax, LLC is a separate legal entity affiliated with Tiverton Wealth, LLC through common ownership. Who We Serve

Built for People Who Want More Than an Investment Manager

Tiverton Wealth primarily works with retirees and pre-retirees who want a financial advisor looking across their entire financial life.

We may be a particularly good fit if you have accumulated meaningful savings but now face increasingly interconnected decisions about retirement, taxes, investments, income, insurance, and estate planning.

  • You are approaching retirement or already retired
  • You want retirement and tax planning coordinated together
  • You want help making decisions, not simply managing investments
  • You value transparency around what your financial advice costs
  • You want an ongoing relationship with a financial planner
  • You prefer advice without commission-based product sales
