- Research and Analysis: Summarizing data, conducting industry and market research, and organizing information to help us better serve our clients.
- Document Review and Administration: Reviewing documents, generating templates, and automating routine administrative and compliance-related tasks.
- Marketing and Content Development: Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and educational content.
AI does not replace human judgment. All investment recommendations, financial planning advice, and decisions affecting your account are made by our qualified advisory personnel. Any AI-generated content or analysis is reviewed by a member of our team before it is relied upon or provided to you.
We do not use AI to make autonomous investment decisions on your behalf, and we do not use AI tools to disclose your nonpublic personal information to third parties except as otherwise permitted or required by this Privacy Policy or by law.
Where we use third-party AI-powered tools or vendors to process personal information (for example, cloud-based drafting, transcription, or research tools), those providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and may only use it to perform the services requested of them, consistent with the “What Information We Disclose” section below.

What Information We Disclose
We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. Tiverton Wealth may disclose a client’s nonpublic personal information:
- To individuals and/or entities not affiliated with Tiverton Wealth, including third parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s) (e.g., sub-advisers, custodians, record keepers, attorneys, accountants, etc.);
- To service providers contracted by us to perform duties in furtherance of your engagement (e.g., client management systems, archiving vendors, cloud providers, AI-powered tools, compliance technology vendors, etc.);
- To your authorized representative or power of attorney;
- When we receive your prior consent;
- In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and
- As otherwise permitted under applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.
We do not sell your personal information. No contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your Rights to Limit Sharing
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes (information about your creditworthiness)
- Affiliates using your information to market to you
- Sharing with non-affiliates for their marketing purposes
State laws and individual policies may provide additional rights.
Policy Changes / Additional Opt-Out Rights
If Tiverton Wealth changes its privacy policy in a manner that would allow disclosure of nonpublic personal information not covered under applicable law, clients will be given the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.
Joint Account Note
If you limit sharing for an account held jointly with another person, your privacy choices apply to all account holders.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we maintain security measures that comply with federal law, including:

- Restricted access to files

- Confidentiality agreements with non-affiliated service providers, including providers of AI-powered tools
Former Clients
Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply. We maintain records for the retention period required by law.

- Companies related by common ownership or control.
- Non-Affiliates
- Companies not related by common ownership or control. Tiverton Wealth does not share personal information with non-affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Joint Marketing
- A partnership between non-affiliated financial companies to jointly market products or services.
